75-500 GHz Frequency Extenders

The EmC XG Labs has millimeter wave multipliers to expand the test capabilities of network analyzers. They cover all the bands in the frequency range between 75 and 500 GHz:  

  • WR10 band: covering 75 to 110 GHz. Two Anritsu WR10 modules and two modified Agilent N5260 extenders with an output power of +20 dBm and a dynamic range of >100 dB
  • WR6.5 band: covering 110 to 170 GHz. Two VDI N5262BW modules with an output power of +9 dBm and a dynamic range of >100 dB
  • WR5.1 band: covering 140 to 220 GHz. Two VDI extenders with an output power of -1 dBm and a dynamic range of >80 dB
  • WR3.4 band: covering 220 to 325 GHz. Two OML extenders with an output power of -23 dBm and a dynamic range of >75 dB
  • WR2.2 band: covering 325 to 500 GHz. Two VDI extenders with an output power of -8 dBm and a dynamic range of >100 dB
