RF Probe Stations

The EmC XG Labs has five fully equipped RF Probe Stations capable of carrying out measurements up to 500 GHz.

  • SUSS PA200 Semiautomatic Probe System: Semiautomatic Probe System with extender modules manipulators, only N/S with high magnification microscope and camera view.
  • Cascade Microtech M150 Probe Station: Manual Probe System with extender modules manipulators, only N/S with high magnification microscope and camera view.
  • Automatic Piezo Probe Station: Custom developed fully automatic Probe Station with extender modules manipulators, only N/S with high magnification microscope and camera view.
  • SUSS PA200 manual Probe System: Modified manual Probe System with high magnification microscope and camera view, and a Faraday cage and RF shielding
  • Cascade Microtech Summit 9000: Manual probe station with high magnification microscope.
