Biography

S. Mohsen Mortazavi received both B.Sc. and M.Sc. in electrical engineering from University of Tehran, Iran in 2010 and 2013 respectively. He joined MAPVA industrial group in 2015 as an electronic engineer to research and develop some Non-destructive testing equipment. Moreover, Mohsen was involved in some R&D projects at Thin Film Lab of the University of Tehran. He has joined ERL group at TU Delft since October 2017 and started his research under the supervision of Professor Babaie. His main research activity involves developing Watt-Level and efficient mm-wave transmitters for 5G cellular applications.

The WhALE project targets, employing complementary expertise in the field of electromagnetics, system integration and integrated circuit design, to develop the next generation of mmwave transmitters.
