Design of a Phase detector based on Digital Low-Pass Filter and ADC
In this project, we aim to implement a digital phase detector using an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and digital-loop filter instead of adopting a traditional time-to-digital converter (TDC) which usually suffers from a tradeoff in resolution and power consumption.
